Total cost to rent Stone Rows Farm is $10,500**

We offer selected dates for the season between the months of mid April through the first week in October. Dates are on a first come, first serve basis. A 20% non refundable deposit is due upon signing of a contract. Dates are locked in once the deposit is received.

We offer over night stays in our Main House which sleeps 12 via VRBO. You can view and book the house at https://www.vrbo.com/3379438?unitId=3952563 There is a two night minimum on all VRBO stays and all VRBO rules and regulations set by VRBO and SRF apply.

Weddings are based on a 8 hour time frame and are limited to 150 guest capacity. All weddings must be finished with music off by 10:45pm and all guest and vendors must be off the property by 11:30pm.

We do not book wedding on major holiday weekends and there is no discount for mid week weddings.

We have availability for single day corporate events, family reunions, etc - Please call for dates. Stone rows farm books out at $2,000 per hour with a four hour minimum for non wedding events.
